Terms of Service
- Anyone 13 or older can watch. You must be 18 or older to post, bid, or enter the Wildcard draw.
- Only 100 accounts post each week: 90 creators, 5 companies, and 5 free Wildcards. One post a day, photo or short video only.
- Bids are binding. Everyone who gets a spot pays the same weekly price.
- Zero tolerance for objectionable content. We review every post and can remove any post or account.
- You own what you post. You give us permission to show it on Cycled and to promote Cycled with it.
1. Who we are
Cycled ("Cycled," "we," "us") is a social app and website at cycled.vip, operated by [Operator name], a Florida limited liability company. These Terms are an agreement between you and us. By using Cycled, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use Cycled.
2. Who can use Cycled
- Watching: you must be at least 13 years old. No account is needed to watch.
- Posting, bidding, or entering the Wildcard draw: you must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract.
- One account per person or company. No duplicate, fake, or alternate accounts.
- No impersonation. You may not use a name, photo, or brand that isn't yours or that you aren't authorized to use. Famous names may require verification.
- You may not use Cycled if we have previously removed you, or if the law where you live doesn't allow it.
3. Your account
You sign in with Google, Apple, or a one-time email code. Keep your sign-in secure; you're responsible for what happens on your account. Tell us right away at [email protected] if you think someone else has accessed it. Accounts that bid more than $0 must use two-factor sign-in.
Accounts, spots, and Founding badges are personal. You may not sell, rent, transfer, or share them.
4. How Cycled works
- The 100. Each week, 100 spots can post: 90 for creators, 5 for companies, and 5 Wildcards chosen by free random draw. We may change these numbers in the future.
- Weeks. A spot lasts one week. Anyone who holds a spot 4 weeks in a row sits out the following week.
- Posting. Each spot gets one post per day: one photo or one video of up to 30 seconds. Posts have no captions, comments, tags, or locations. Text that appears inside the photo or video is allowed and is reviewed like everything else.
- Deadlines. Tomorrow's post must be submitted and approved by 9:00 PM Eastern Time. Nothing on Cycled is same-day.
- The daily drop. All approved posts go live together at 7:00 AM Eastern Time, in the same order for everyone. When you've seen them all, you're done for the day.
- Missed days. If a spot has no approved post by the deadline, there is no post from that spot that day and no refund for it. A free ($0) spot that misses 2 days in a row may lose the spot.
- No followers. Cycled has no followers, following, or follower counts. Everyone sees the same posts.
5. Bidding for spots
Spots are won by bidding on cycled.vip. Bidding is not available inside the iPhone or Android apps.
- Shared pools. Creators bid in one pool for the 90 creator spots. Companies bid in a separate, private pool for the 5 company spots. The highest bids in each pool get the spots.
- One price. Everyone who gets a spot in a pool pays the same weekly price: the "price to get in" when bidding closes. You never pay more than the maximum you set.
- Getting in. While spots are open, the price is $0 and no card is needed. Once a pool is full, a new bid must beat the price to get in by at least $1, which bumps the lowest bid. Bids are in whole dollars only.
- Binding bids. A bid is a binding offer to pay up to your maximum for the week. You can lower or withdraw a bid only before bidding closes and only if it is not currently winning. [Withdrawal rules to be finalized.]
- Closing and charging. Bidding for the next week closes Friday at 12:00 PM Eastern Time. A bid placed in the last 5 minutes extends the close by 5 minutes. Winners are charged the full week's price when bidding closes.
- Privacy of bids. Individual bids are never shown publicly. The creator price to get in is public. The company price is shown only to signed-in companies.
- Spending caps and holds. You can set a monthly spending cap. We may place a temporary hold on your card for large bids.
- Failed payments. If your payment fails, you'll have until 2:00 PM Eastern Time that Friday to fix it. After that, the spot goes to the highest bid that didn't get in, at the same weekly price if their maximum covers it, and so on down the list. If no one is left, the spot reopens at $0. A failed payment counts as a strike; after 2 strikes you must prepay to bid, or may be blocked from bidding.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars. You're responsible for any taxes that apply; we'll add sales tax where required.
6. Boosts
Spot holders may bid to place tomorrow's post in an earlier position. Boost bidding closes at 9:00 PM Eastern Time. Winners are charged at the close; losing bids pay nothing. Companies may only boost into position 6 or later. Positions not won by boost are filled by random shuffle.
7. Refunds and chargebacks
- Weekly spots and boosts are non-refundable once the week (or day) starts, including for missed posting days.
- If we remove you for breaking these Terms, you lose your spot and get no refund.
- If we remove you for any other reason, we'll refund the unused days of that week.
- If you file a chargeback for a spot or boost you received, we may ban your account. We may use post records as evidence.
8. Content rules
These rules apply to every post, every profile, and every bio link, in every kind of spot.
Not allowed
- Nudity, sexual or sexually suggestive content, including lingerie, swimwear as the focus of a post, or sexualized poses.
- Violence, gore, threats, harassment, bullying, or hate content or symbols.
- Content involving minors in any unsafe or inappropriate way.
- Illegal activity, or content that encourages it.
- Promotion of: gambling (including sports betting, casinos and prediction markets), cannabis, vapes, tobacco and nicotine, alcohol, crypto, prescription drugs and weight-loss services, MLMs, trading courses, get-rich schemes, and payday loans.
- Political campaigns, candidates, or PACs holding spots, or posts telling people how to vote.
- Religious organizations holding company spots, or posts aimed at recruiting or converting.
- Music or other material you don't have the rights to use.
- Spam, scams, misleading content, or anything that impersonates someone else.
Firearms
Firearm companies may not hold spots. Creators who review firearms must show safe handling, never point a firearm at a person, and may not include discount codes, sales links, or sponsorships for firearms.
Sponsorships
Creators may be paid by a brand only for a natural use of the product in their normal content, never an ad read. Every sponsored post must be marked as sponsored when submitted; Cycled adds a "Paid partnership with [brand]" label. Discount codes and links belong in your profile bio, never in the post itself. Banned categories apply to sponsors and bio links too.
9. Zero tolerance and moderation
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Every post is checked by automated tools and an AI reviewer before it can go live. The AI never rejects a post on its own: flagged posts can be fixed, or appealed to a person. We keep a record of moderation decisions.
You can privately report any post and block any account. We review reports and may remove content within 24 hours or sooner.
We may, at our sole discretion, reject or remove any post, and suspend or remove any account, if we believe it breaks these Terms or puts Cycled or others at risk. We aim to enforce the rules the same way for everyone.
10. Your content
You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, display, and distribute your content on Cycled, and to use it to promote Cycled (for example, in share cards, previews, and marketing), for as long as it's on Cycled and for a reasonable time after. You confirm you have all the rights needed to post it, including for any music, people, or brands that appear in it.
11. Copyright complaints
If you believe content on Cycled infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent at [email protected] with: your contact details, the work you own, where the infringing content is on Cycled, a statement of good-faith belief, a statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and you're authorized to act, and your signature. We remove infringing content and remove repeat infringers. [Registered DMCA agent details to be added.]
12. Wildcard draw
- Five free Wildcard spots are given each week by random draw. No purchase or payment is needed to enter or win.
- To enter you must be 18 or older and have fewer than 5,000 followers on every social platform, or not be a creator at all. You must link your real social accounts.
- One entry per person per week. Winners are checked by hand before they're announced and sit out 8 weeks after winning.
- Hiding a larger account, using fake accounts, or entering more than once means disqualification and may mean removal from Cycled.
- Draws are held Sunday at 8:00 PM Eastern Time. [Official draw rules to be published before launch.]
13. Things you may not do
- Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to bid, post, view, like, or enter draws.
- Try to get around our limits, review, or bans, including with new accounts.
- Collect other people's information from Cycled, or copy Cycled's content at scale.
- Interfere with, attack, or reverse-engineer Cycled.
- Coordinate with others to manipulate bids or prices.
14. Ending your use
You can delete your account at any time from the app or on cycled.vip. Deleting your account doesn't refund a spot you've already paid for. We may suspend or end your access as described in these Terms. Sections that by their nature should continue (like content licenses for posts already shared, payment obligations, disclaimers, and limits of liability) continue after your account ends.
15. Changes
Cycled is new and will change. We may change features, prices, the number and types of spots, schedules, and these Terms. If we make a material change to these Terms, we'll tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. Changes don't apply to a week you've already paid for. Continuing to use Cycled after a change means you accept it.
16. Transfer of Cycled
We may transfer or assign these Terms, your account, and our rights and obligations to another company, for example as part of a sale, merger, or reorganization. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms.
17. Disclaimers
Cycled is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't promise that it will always be available, error-free, or that any post will reach a particular number of people. Views, likes, and results from holding a spot are not guaranteed. Content on Cycled belongs to the people who post it and doesn't reflect our views.
18. Limits of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100.
19. Your responsibility to us
If someone makes a claim against us because of your content, your use of Cycled, or your breaking these Terms, you agree to cover our reasonable costs and losses from that claim, to the extent the law allows.
20. Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, please contact us at [email protected] so we can try to resolve it. Any claim must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless it qualifies for small claims court. [Dispute resolution terms, including any arbitration clause, to be reviewed by a lawyer.]
21. App stores
If you download Cycled from the Apple App Store or Google Play, these Terms are between you and us, not Apple or Google. Apple and Google are not responsible for Cycled or its content, have no obligation to provide support for it, and are not responsible for any claims relating to it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. You confirm you are not located in a country subject to a US government embargo and are not on any US government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
